I have not received my order. I think it’s lost?
If you haven’t received your order after a month, BYAGU can replace OR refund your for the product. Damage or lost mail does not include, lost due to inaccurate address submitted.

I changed my mind, I want to return OR cancel my order.
Unfortunately, BY AGU does not accept returns or cancellations.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! ♡ We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Any applicable charges are calculated and displayed at the end of the Shopify checkout before you complete your purchase. These fees are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I take care of my Charm Voyager Bag?
To keep your Charm Voyager Bag looking its best, gently clean it with a damp microfiber cloth and dry it with a soft cloth.

Avoid contact with lotions, oils, perfumes, hand sanitizers, and alcohol-based products, as these may affect the material. The clear star pocket is delicate and may develop scratches with regular use or contact with abrasive surfaces.

Do not machine wash or use harsh chemicals on your bag. Damage caused by friction, chemicals, or abrasive surfaces is not considered a manufacturing defect.
